I really wish I can do the Bakasana or the Crow Pose and I believe it takes heaps of practice to get the pose correct. Performing the Bakasana/Crow pose will mainly benefit and strengthen your whole arms, shoulders, neck and the whole upper back because you have to balance your whole body weight solely on your arms and wrists.
