The early bird registration for the Standard Chartered KL Marathon has started since January 17 2011 and the last chance for you to grab the early bird, cheaper registration fee ends this February 28, 2011.
The early bird price for the each categories are as the following :

10KM - RM50
5KM Fun Run - RM40
*These fees rate are applicable for Malaysians. Different fees rate applies for other nationalities.
You may want to know when is the KL Marathon 2011 starting? The Standard Chartered KL Marathon is starting in exactly 120 days to go , that's about 4 months left on the 26th June 2011, Sunday. That should be probably enough time for you to begin your marathon training session now. I'm thinking to join up the 10KM run and no, I have never ran a marathon ever in my life. However, I was a bit of a runner back then during my teenage years. So yeah, it still takes lots of practice to get back to the groove.
If you are serious about joining up a marathon this year, Standard Chartered KL Marathon will be a good place for you to get started on your first ever marathon. So, go and grab the early bird registration fees now and all the best in your marathon training. For registrations (all registrations must be done online and only online payments are accepted), go to this Standard Chartered KL Marathon Registration page here.
