I was browsing around yesterday for a form builder to create at an online sale website. The closest I've always seen is something from Aweber. However, Aweber provides one of those auto respond email, subscription, customer follow-up with some fees which is not what I'm looking for. Aweber can get pretty handy if you are looking for an internet marketing tool for your bisness.

WuFoo is way too expencive, we were using it in our agency but moved to PHPForms recently because it has the same features but cheaper.
